Issoumaïla "Issou" Lingané (born 15 March 1991) is a Burkinabéfootballer, who plays as amidfielder.[1]

Career

He was transferred fromPlanète Champion inBurkina Faso toAcadémie de Sol Beni inIvory Coast in January 2008. Then, he was promoted to the first team. After one season withASEC Mimosas, he returned toBurkina Faso, and signed a loan deal withRail Club du Kadiogo.[2] Lingane played one year withRail Club du Kadiogo, before signing in the summer of 2009 withSabé Sports de Bouna.[3] After one year withRail Club du Kadiogo, he was loaned out fromASEC Mimosas to Ligue rivalSabé Sports de Bouna,[4] before returning toASEC Abidjan in December 2009.[5]

Attributes

Lingané was one of ASEC's young and upcoming midfield danger men. He plays occasionally for the club because of his lack of experience, but his ability and performance at training and when given a chance to play, his confidence, passes and exuberance are signs of one of a great to come.[6]

International career

He presented Burkina Faso at U-17 level.[7]He was also called up for an African Cup of Nations preparation game for the Burkina Faso national team in 2013, but he didn't make it to the final squad.
