National Song Contest

The second edition of the National Song Contest was held on Tuesday 25 January 1966 by RÉ TV in Dublin. 12 songs were drawn out of the 500 songs that were submitted.Brendan O'Reilly was the host. The national final was broadcast onTelefís Éireann andRadió Éireann.[1]
