Interleukin-7 receptor subunit alpha (IL7R-α) also known asCD127 (Cluster ofDifferentiation127) is aprotein that in humans is encoded by theIL7Rgene.[5][6]

IL7R-α is atype I cytokine receptor and is a subunit of the functionalinterleukin-7 receptor andthymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP) receptors.
