Injipuli is a dark brown sweet-sour and spicy pickle made ofginger,tamarind, green chillies andjaggery mainly prepared in Kerala duringOnam.[1] It is also a part ofTamil Nadu cuisine. It is also known aspuli inji in some parts ofKerala,South India.
It is served as part of theSadhya,[2] or virunthu by theTamil community.
