Ibrahim Aoudou (23 August 1955 – 19 April 2022) was aCameroonian former professionalfootballer who played as adefender. He was born in Mbalmayo.[citation needed] He competed for theCameroon national team at the1982 FIFA World Cup as a winger.[citation needed] At a club level, he joined French clubAS Cannes fromCanon Yaoundé in 1981 and stayed three years there before ending his career with two short stints atRC Besancon andUS Corte.[citation needed]
Aoudou also competed at the1984 Summer Olympics.[2] In 2006, he was selected byCAF as one of the best 200 African football players of the last 50 years.[3]
