Hugo Palenque (born 1 December 1937) is a Bolivianfootballer. He played in three matches for theBolivia national football team from 1963 to 1967.[1] He was part of Bolivia's squad that won the1963 South American Championship,[2] and also played the1967 South American Championship.[3]
