Hubert Koundé (born December 30, 1970) is a French actor andfilm director. He is best known for his role as Hubert in the filmLa Haine written and directed byMathieu Kassovitz.
Koundé was born in France in 1970. He is of Beninese origin. He was raised by his grandparents and spent his childhood inOuidah andCotonou. Koundé returned to Paris to go to school.[1]
