Howard Kemneth Brown (January 26, 1922 – April 4, 1975) was aguard in theNational Football League (NFL). He played three seasons with theDetroit Lions.[1]

Brown played college football atIndiana University.[2] In college he was named to theAll-Big Nine team in 1946 and 1947.[2] He was drafted by theGreen Bay Packers in the 22nd round of the1946 NFL draft but was traded to the Lions in 1948 before playing any games for the Packers along withdefensive end Bob Rennenbohm in exchange forcenterFrank Szymanski andoffensive end/defensive backTed Cook.[2]
