Hossein Mozaffar (Persian:حسین مظفر) is an Iranianconservative politician who wasMinister of Education under PresidentMohammad Khatami and representedTehran, Rey, Shemiranat and Eslamshahr in theParliament of Iran twice.[1] He is currently a member of theExpediency Discernment Council.[2]

He is considered an ally ofMohammad Bagher Ghalibaf[3] and close toProgress and Justice Population of Islamic Iran. Mozaffar was Ghalibaf's campaign manager in2013 presidential election.[4]
