Headline Publishing Group is aBritish publishing brand and former company. It was founded in 1986 byTim Hely Hutchinson.[1] In 1993, Headline boughtHodder & Stoughton, and the company becameHodder Headline Ltd. In 1999, Hodder Headline was acquired by WH Smith. It was acquired byHachette Livre from WH Smith in 2005.[2]
