Hiroyuki Wakabayashi (若林 広幸,Wakabayashi Hiroyuki; born 1949) is a Japanesearchitect.[1]

One of his first major notable works was a pickle shop in his nativeKyoto in 1990, followed by Humax Pavilion in Tokyo'sShibuya. His 1995 design for theRapi:t express train that linksOsaka'sNamba Station withKansai International Airport won theBlue Ribbon Award. He has also designedKeihan Electric Railway'sUji Station (1995) and theMainichi Shimbun offices inKyoto (1999).

His work is exhibited internationally, notably at theCanadian Centre for Architecture inMontreal.[2]
