Hesar-e Qajar (Persian:حصارقاجار, alsoRomanized asḨeşār-e Qājār andḨeşār Qājār; also known asKadzhar andQājar)[1] is a village inHowmeh Rural District, in theCentral District ofAbhar County,Zanjan Province,Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 330, in 94 families.[2]
