Herman Frison (born 16 April 1961) is Belgian former professionalroad bicycle racer and former assistant manager atLotto-Soudal. During the1987 Tour de France he managed to go on a solo attack during a relatively short stage that took place entirely withinWest Germany. Stage 4 was only about 80 km long and went fromStuttgart toPforzheim, but Frison managed to stay away from thepeloton and win the stage by about a minute and a half ahead of the main field.
