
Hercules and the Hydra is a 1634 painting byFrancisco de Zurbarán ofHercules fighting theLernaean Hydra, now in thePrado Museum in Madrid.[1] It was from a series of theLabours of Hercules for theHall of Realms in Madrid'sPalacio del Buen Retiro.[2]
