Hayden Peak is a peak on the western edge of theHigh Uintas Wilderness in theUinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest in the westernUinta Mountain RangeSummit County,Utah, United States.[1]
The mountain is home tomountain goats,pika and many species of wildflowers. The peak is named forFerdinand Hayden, an Americangeologist noted for his pioneering surveying expeditions of theRocky Mountains in the late 19th century.[3]
