When theSupreme Court unanimously ruled that states could not disqualify Donald Trump from the2024 presidential ballot, Sisson singled-outAssociate JusticeClarence Thomas for attack, calling him an "insurrection sympathizer."[17] He had previously called Thomas "one of the most corrupt pieces of garbage to ever sit on the Supreme Court."[18]

Throughout most of 2025, Sisson attacked conservative influencerCharlie Kirk, and in a June post, labeled him "a sick, racist piece of trash," and telling him to "just put theKlan hood on already."[19] FollowingKirk's assassination in September of that year, he described the killing as "disgusting and absolutely unacceptable."[20] He would commend Kirk for his dedication to free speech, saying in an interview "Charlie Kirk did welcome debate from anybody," while adding that he did not think that Kirk acted ingood faith.[21]
