Hallmark Building is a historic two-story commercial building located at 6324 W.Hollywood Boulevard inHollywood, California.
Hallmark Building was built in 1922[1] and throughout the 1920s was home toAlbert Witzel's photography studio.[2] In 1931,Morgan, Walls & Clements remodeled the building in theChateauesque style.[1]
In 1984, theHollywood Boulevard Commercial and Entertainment District was added to theNational Register of Historic Places, with Hallmark Building listed as acontributing property in the district.[1]
In 1993, the building was sold for $1.3 million ($2.83 million in2024).[3]
Hallmark Building was remodeled in theChateauesque style in 1931. A steephipped roof is central to the building, as are thin windows in thepedimentedbay. The second story also features numerousRegency details.[1]
