SIMBADdata

HD 12467 is a single[11]star in the northerncircumpolar constellation ofCepheus. It has a white hue and is barely visible to the naked eye with anapparent visual magnitude of 6.05.[2] The distance to this object is 231 light years based onparallax,[1] but it is drifting closer with a heliocentricradial velocity of −9 km/s.[5]

This object is an ordinaryA-type main-sequence star with astellar classification of A1.5V,[3] which indicates it is generating energy throughcorehydrogen fusion. It is 254[7] million years old with a relatively highprojected rotational velocity of 130 km/s.[9] The star has 1.8[7] times themass of the Sun and 1.9[8] times theSun's radius. It is radiating 16[6] times theluminosity of the Sun from itsphotosphere at aneffective temperature of 8,528 K.[7]

The star displays aninfrared excess with a signature that suggests it has twodebris disks. The inner disk isorbiting7.4 AU from the host star with a mean temperature of 200 K, while the outer disk is 50 K at a separation of 119 AU.[8]
