Guy Millar (born 23 April 1992) is an Australianrugby union footballer who plays as aprop for the French clubBiarritz Olympique.[1] He previously played for theDunedin-basedHighlanders andWestern Force teams in theSuper Rugby competition.

Family and early life

Millar was born inCape Town, South Africa. When he was 14 years old, he moved with his parents to Australia where he attendedThe King's School inSydney. He played for theAustralian Schoolboys rugby team in 2010.[2]

He has been dating Lauren Ryan since 2011.[citation needed]

Career

Millar played club rugby forSydney University and was invited into theNSW Waratahs Academy in 2011 before joining the ARU's national academy for the 2012 and 2013 seasons.[3] In 2014 he switched to play forEastwood and was a member of the club'sShute Shield premiership-winning side.

Millar signed with theGreater Sydney Rams later in 2014 year to play in the inaugural season of theNational Rugby Championship.[3] In 2015 he was signed to a short term contract with theForce, and he made hisSuper Rugby debut off the bench against theBlues in May 2015.[4][5]
