Guy David (25 July 1947 – 30 August 2008[1]) was a Frenchfootball player and coach.

He played forMartigues,Cannes andLa Roche Vendée Football.

After his playing career, he became a coach withStade Raphaëlois,Fréjus,Toulon,Beauvais,Le Havre,Caen,Rennes,Nice,Martigues,Sion andCréteil.[2]

He died ofmyocardial infarction after anES Fréjus match.[3]
