Gustavo Espinoza Roman is aPeruvian politician and a formerCongressman representingLambayeque for the 2006–2011 term. Espinoza was originally elected to Congress, as a member of theUnion for Peru party, but left it after theelection due to differences with the party and later formed thePeruvian Democratic Party along with fellow Congress membersCarlos Torres Caro andRocío González. He was disqualified in March 2010 and was replaced byMartín Rivas Texeira of thePeruvian Nationalist Party.
