Homicide rates (from firearms) per 100,000 people by country[1]

This is alist of countries byfirearm-related homicide rate per 100,000 population by year.

Homicide figures may includejustifiable homicides along withcriminal homicides, depending upon jurisdiction and reporting standards. Not included are accidental deaths, or justifiable deaths by any means other than by firearm.

All the data in this table is fromUnited Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC).[2] There are 2 countries in the UNODC dataset that are missing from the table below: Egypt (2.062 rate in 2011) and India (0.297 rate in 2012).
