Guixi (simplified Chinese:贵溪;traditional Chinese:貴溪;lit. 'Noble Creek') is acounty-level city under the jurisdiction of theprefecture-level city ofYingtan,Jiangxi Province, China, borderingFujian Province to the southeast.
The city covers two-thirds of the land area in the municipal region. LikeYuehu District, the prefectural seat, Guixi's centre Xiongshi lies on theXin River (信江).
The city executive, legislature andjudiciary are inXiongshi Subdistricts (雄石街道), together with theCPC andPSB branches.[1]
In the present, Guixi City has 3 subdistricts, 13 towns, 6 townships and 1 ethnic township.[2]
