Guglielmo Biraghi (1 September 1927 – 23 April 2001) was an Italiancritic and film festival director.[1] He was the director of theTaormina Film Fest in the 1970s and became the 14th director of theVenice Film Festival in 1987.[2] In 1970, he was a member of the jury at the1970 Cannes Film Festival[3] and in 1988, he was the Head of the Jury at the38th Berlin International Film Festival.[4]

Personal life

In 1969, he married actressAnnabella Incontrera but they divorced a few years later.[5]
