Commonwealth Games appearances (overview)

Guernsey competed at the2022 Commonwealth Games inBirmingham,England between 28 July and 8 August 2022. Having made its Games debut in 1970, it was Guernsey's fourteenth appearance to date.[1]

Guernsey's team consisted of 28 athletes.[2] CyclistMarc Cox and badminton playerElena Johnson were the country's flagbearers during theopening ceremony.[3]

Lawn bowlerLucy Beere won the territory's first medal in 28 years, by winning the silver medal in thewomen's singles event.[4]
