Grypotheca horningae is amoth of the familyPsychidae. It was described byJohn S. Dugdale in 1987.[1] It isendemic to New Zealand and is only known from theSnares Islands.[2] The species is named in honour of Carol J. Horning who collected theholotype specimen in 1972.[1]
