Thegrey-backed sparrow-lark (Eremopterix verticalis) orgrey-backed finch-lark is a species oflark in the familyAlaudidae. It is found in southern and south-central Africa. Its naturalhabitats are subtropical or tropical dryshrubland and subtropical or tropical dry lowlandgrassland. Sometimes, the name 'grey-backed sparrow-lark' is also used to describe theblack-eared sparrow-lark.
