Goran Gocić (born May 6, 1962) is aSerbian freelance journalist,[1] editor, author and filmmaker, whose work has been published or broadcast by many media organizations worldwide. Gocic is the winner of theNIN Prize, a prestigious Serbian literary award for 2014.[2]
Gocić graduated from the Faculty of Philology in Belgrade in 1991 with a degree in English language and literature.[2] He received anM.A. in Media and Communications from theLondon School of Economics in 1999.[2]
Gocić worked as an undercover reporter (in style ofGunter Walraff’sGanz Unten) in the documentaryBloody Foreigners (2001) for the UKChannel 4 seriesDispatches. He has become a champion of the DV revolution.
