Google App Maker was alow-codeapplication development tool, developed byGoogle Inc. as part of theG Suite family. It allowed developers or its users to build and deploy custom business apps on the web.[1]
Launched in 2016,[2] it was accessible to its users with anyG Suite Business and Enterprise subscription and G Suite for Education edition.[3]
Google App Maker allowed users todrag and drop widgets into a visual editor with built-in templates. The apps could be customized usingHTML,CSS,JavaScript,JQuery andGoogle's own material design visual framework.[4][5][6]

Following Google's acquisition ofAppSheet, the App Maker editor and user apps was shut down on January 19, 2021. New app creation was disabled on April 15, 2020.[8][9]
