Housed in the Four Seasons Hotel, the Goldfinch Tavern is aPacific Northwest-focused,[3]New American restaurant operated by chefEthan Stowell.[4] The dinner menu has includedoysters, hamachi and geoduck crudo,king crab, Penn Cove mussels,ricottaravioli with localporcini mushrooms, and wild king salmon.[5] The restaurant has also servedcrab cakes, pastas,quail, andWagyu burgers.[6]
