Husband of Norse sun goddess Sól

InNorse mythology,Glenr (Old Norse"[ˈɡlenz̠], "opening in the clouds"[1]) is the husband of the goddessSól, who drives the horses of the sun across the sky.

Glenr is also an alternate name forGlær, one of the horses listed among those ridden by thegods, according toGylfaginning.
