Glen Aubrey is located in the southeastern part of the town of Nanticoke.New York State Route 26 passes through the community, leading south 12 miles (19 km) toEndicott (west ofBinghamton) and north 6 miles (10 km) toInterstate 81 atWhitney Point.
According to theUnited States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 1.0 square mile (2.6 km2), all land.[3]
Glen Aubrey is in the valley of the East Branch of Nanticoke Creek, which flows south to theSusquehanna River.
