Gilbert Peak (8,184 feet (2,494 m) is located in theGoat Rocks on the border of theYakama Indian Reservation andYakima County, in theU.S. state ofWashington. Situated partly in theGoat Rocks Wilderness, Gilbert Peak is the highest summit in the Goat Rocks, which are the eroded remnants of an extinctstratovolcano.[3]Meade Glacier is located on the southeastern slopes of the peak, whileConrad Glacier is on the north slope.
