George Bourne (born 22 March 1998) is a British rower.

Biography

Bourne is fromHauxton inCambridgeshire and attendedTonbridge School.[1] He later studied atDurham University.[1][2]

At the2022 World Rowing Championships held inRačice, Czech Republic, Bourne was part of the British crew that won the silver medal in thequadruple sculls event.[3][4]He then switched to the men's single sculls at the 2024 World Rowing Championships, narrowly missing out on qualifying the boat for the Paris Olympics. Bourne won the Boat Race in 2025, also in the single sculls.
