Jacinto Muondo "Gelson" Dala (born 13 July 1996) is an Angolan professionalfootballer who plays as anattacking midfielder or aforward forAl-Wakrah in theQatar Stars League.

Born inLuanda, Gelson began his career with localC.D. Primeiro de Agosto. In July 2015, it was reported that he was being scouted by Portugal'sS.L. Benfica.[1] He scored 23 goals in 27 games as his team won theGirabola in2016, and subsequently he and teammateAry Papel signed forSporting Clube de Portugal for undisclosed fees on contracts with €60 million release clauses.[2]
After arriving inLisbon in January 2017, Gelson made his debut forSporting B inLigaPro on 15 January, playing the full 90 minutes of a 4–0 loss atPortimonense. Eight days later he scored his first goal, opening a 1–1 home draw withS.C. Covilhã. He totalled 13 goals in 17 games in his first season in the league, including four on 2 April in a 5–1 win overS.C. Olhanense.[3] He was first called up toJorge Jesus' main squad for thePrimeira Liga match atC.D. Feirense on 13 May,[4] remaining unused in a 2–1 loss, but made his top flight debut eight days later in the final match of the season, replacing namesakeGelson Martins at the end of a 4–1 win overG.D. Chaves at theEstádio José Alvalade.[5]
Back in the reserves on 30 September 2017, Gelson scored a hat-trick in a 4–3 home win overC.D. Santa Clara.[6]
Gelson made his international debut forAngola on 13 June 2015 in a2017 Africa Cup of Nations qualification match against theCentral African Republic at theEstádio Nacional da Tundavala, scoring twice in a 4–0 victory.[1] On 4 July, he scored both goals in a win overSwaziland inLuanda to win the tie 4–2 on aggregate in the preliminary round of2016 African Nations Championship qualification.[7]
On 20 January 2024, in the2023 Africa Cup of Nations, he scored a brace in their 3–2 win overMauritania. On 27 January 2024, he scored a first half brace for 10 men Angola in their Round of 16 win over Namibia.
