Garlic salt

Seasoned salt
A bottle of garlic salt

Garlic salt is aseasoned salt made of a mixture of dried, groundgarlic andtable salt, typically with ananticaking agent such ascalcium silicate.[1] Common formulations combine three parts salt to one part driedgarlic powder by volume, or six parts salt to one part garlic powder by weight.[2]
