Gao Dezhan (Chinese:高德占) (born 1932) is aPeople's Republic of China politician. He was born inQixia, Shandong. He was a graduate ofDalian University of Technology. He was governor ofJilin andChinese Communist Party Committee Secretary ofTianjin. He was an alternate member of the12th Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party and the13th Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party and a full member of the14th Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party. He was a member of the 9thStanding Committee of the National People's Congress. He was Director of theState Forestry Administration of the People's Republic of China (1987–1993).[1][2]
