Gaius Papirius Maso was a Roman politician in the third century BC.
Papirius served as consul in 231 BC, withMarcus Pomponius Matho as his colleague.[1][2] In this year, the consuls defended against a Sardinian and Corsican revolt, Matho being defeated by theSardinians, Papirius defeating theCorsicans and theirLigurian allies. The Senate, however, denied Papirius atriumph.[3]
