GSK2881078 is adrug which acts as aselective androgen receptor modulator (SARM). It was developed for the prevention ofmuscle wasting andsarcopenia inelderly people.[1][2][3]

In a phase II trial the drug was shown to be well tolerated and increased muscle strength in men withCOPD.[4]
