Frącki ([ˈfrɔnt͡ski]) is avillage in the administrative district ofGmina Giby, withinSejny County,Podlaskie Voivodeship, in north-easternPoland,[3] close to the borders withBelarus andLithuania. It lies approximately 16 km (10 mi) south ofSejny and 97 km (60 mi) north of the regional capitalBiałystok.
According to the1921 census, the village had a population of 116, entirelyPolish by nationality andRoman Catholic by confession.[4]
in 1881 it was recorded that the population of the village was 130 people with 20 homes.[5]
In the village there is aWorld War Iwar cemetery listed in the register of historical monuments (Reg. No.: 421 of 31.01.1985).[6]
