The following is the cumulative medal count for countries at theFour Continents Figure Skating Championships. Theinaugural Four Continents Championships (with all four disciplines) were held in 1999 inHalifax, Canada.

Men's singles

Patrick Chan from Canada has won the most gold medals in the men's singles (with three). No one men's single skater won two back-to-back titles.Li Chengjiang from China andEvan Lysacek from the United States share the record for the most total medals (with five medal each). The most silver medals were won by Li Chengjiang andYuzuru Hanyu from Japan (with three each) whileYan Han from China hold the record for the most bronze medals (with three).
