Foley Meir Football Club is based inStoke-on-Trent, England. They are currently members of theNorth West Counties League Division One South and play at The Trentham Foods Stadium, Whitcombe Road, Stoke-on-Trent.
Founded asFoley in 1947 by ex-servicemen, the club initially joined the Longton League Division Two.[1] In 1996, the club joined theMidland League Division Two, winning the league at the first attempt. In 2005, following the Midland League's merger with theStaffordshire County League, the club became founder members of theStaffordshire County Senior League.[2] In 2022, the club was admitted into theNorth West Counties League Division One South.[3]
The club's first ground was The Open Holes inFenton. In 1982, the club moved to their current ground and is called The Trentham Foods Stadium which is located at the end of Whitcombe Road, Stoke-on-Trent ST3 6AU .[1]
