Fengbin Township[2] is arural township located inHualien County,Taiwan, borderingTaitung County. ThePacific Ocean lies to the east and theHai'an Range to the west.

It has the smallest population in Hualien County with around 4,310 inhabitants. The population consists of theindigenousAmis,Kavalan andSakizaya peoples.
