Fanny Stollár (born 12 November 1998) is a Hungariantennis player.She reached her best doubles ranking of No. 25 in theWTA rankings on 13 October 2025. Stollár has won five doubles titles on theWTA Tour and four doubles titles on theWTA Challenger Tour, along with two singles and 15 doubles titles on theITF Women's Circuit. On 19 November 2018, she peaked at No. 114 in singles.

Playing forHungary Fed Cup team, Stollár has a win–loss record of 11–2 (as of June 2025).

Career

2015: Junior Wimbledon doubles champion

In 2015, Stollár won theWimbledon girls' doubles title, partneringDalma Gálfi.[citation needed]

2017-2020: First WTA title and major debut in doubles

Stollár defeated sixth seedJohanna Konta in straight sets in the second round of theWTA Tour event at the2018 Charleston Open, before losing to eventual championKiki Bertens.[1] Stollar had played two singles qualifying matches and beatenFrancesca Di Lorenzo in the first round.[2]

Her biggest doubles title, thus far, came at the2018 Hungarian Ladies Open, where together with Spanish playerGeorgina García Pérez defeatedKirsten Flipkens andJohanna Larsson in three sets.[3]

2021–2024: Three titles at the Budapest Grand Prix

She won her second doubles title in 2021, also at theBudapest Grand Prix, partneringMihaela Buzărnescu.[4]

Partnered withKatarzyna Piter, she also won the doubles title at the2023 Budapest Grand Prix, defeatingJessie Aney andAnna Sisková in a champions tiebreak in the final.[5] The pair defended their title inBudapest the following year 2024, beatingAnna Danilina andIrina Khromacheva in the final which again went to a deciding champions tiebreak.[6]

Stollár and Piter were runners-up at the2024 Guangzhou Open, losing to top seedsKateřina Siniaková andZhang Shuai in the final.[7] They also lost in the final at the2024 Jiangxi Open, this time toGuo Hanyu andMoyuka Uchijima.[8]

2025: First grass-court title, WTA 1000 final, top 25

Partnering withMonica Niculescu, Stollár reached the doubles final at theHobart International, losing toJiang Xinyu andWu Fang-hsien.[9]

AlongsideIrina Khromacheva, she won the WTA 125Trophée Clarins, defeatingTereza Mihalíková andOlivia Nicholls in the final.[10]

Playing again with Khromacheva, Stollár won the title at theRosmalen Open, defeatingNicole Melichar-Martinez andLiudmila Samsonova in the final.[11]

Personal life and background

Stollar started playing tennis aged three. She stated that her favorite surface is hardcourt.[12]
