Fabrice Nicolino (born 1955) is aFrenchjournalist.[1]

Biography

Fabrice Nicolino, born inParis, has worked various trades - including as a manual worker - before becoming Editorial secretary in theFemme Actuelle weekly in 1984. He then became an investigative reporter and has since worked with a number of printed outlets, includingGéo,Le Canard enchaîné,Télérama,Terre sauvage [fr] . He has been writing a column in the catholic dailyLa Croix since 2003.

He has founded with Dominique Lang a publication titledCahiers de Saint-Lambert, which is subtitled "Facing the environmental crisis together". Since 2007, he has been writing ablog: « Planète sans visa ».

Fabrice Nicolino has been writing papers onenvironmental issues in thesatirical weekly newspaperCharlie Hebdo since January 2010.

He was wounded after the 1985Rivoli Beaubourg cinema bombing. He also suffered a severe leg injury during the 7 January 2015Charlie Hebdo shooting.

Although Nicolino has written and co-written fiction and non-fiction books on a range of subjects, including some for younger audiences, the bulk of his writing addresses environmental issues such as pesticides and chemical poisoning, biofuels, or themeat industry.
