FK Buxoro (Uzbek:Futbol Klubi Buxoro) is anUzbek professionalfootball club based inBukhara. Founded in 1989, the club competes in theUzbekistan Super League.

The club was founded in 1960 under the nameBukhoro. In 1989 the club was renamed toNurafshon. During the 1990 season the club played in the Soviet Second League, zone "East", finishing in 4th position. Buxoro played its firstOliy League season in 1992. Their best performance inOliy League is runners-up of the1994 season toNeftchi Farg'ona.
FK Bukhoro played three times in semi-final of Uzbek Cup. In the 2005 Cup semi-final the club lost toNeftchi Farg'ona in two legs by 1–3 and in 2012 lost toNasaf with a 3–5 score. After the 2013 season had finished, on 10 November 2013Edgar Gess became new head coach of Bukhoro, replacingTachmurad Agamuradov in this position.
