Félix Moloua (born 1 June 1957[1]) is aCentral African politician and mathematician who has served as thePrime Minister of the Central African Republic since 7 February 2022.[2] He was the previous minister of planning, economy and cooperation of the Central African Republic.[3][4]
Moloua has a background as amathematician,physicist anddemographer. He taught at theUniversity of Bangui and authored three books on children andadolescents in the CAR.[5][1][6] After replacing the more pro-FrenchHenri-Marie Dondra, he was described by international media as a "technocrat" and a "Touadéra loyalist"; an unnamed Central African diplomat stated that he had "no political profile".[7][8]
