Evgeny Elgin also spelled asEvgeni Elgin (born 10 March 1987) is aRussianrugby union player who generally plays as alock representsRussia internationally.[1]
He was included in theRussian squad for the2019 Rugby World Cup which was held in Japan for the first time and also marked his first World Cup appearance.[2]
