TheEsher Studios were a Britishfilm studio located inEsher inSurrey. The studios opened in 1913 during thesilent era.[1] The studios were built by a company that included the directorWarwick Buckland, but the failure of their films led to the sale of the site toWalter West'sBroadwest. Broadwest later switched most of its filming toWalthamstow Studios. The studios continued to be used occasionally by independentfilmmakers into the 1920s.
