TheErramala (Telugu:ఎఱ్ఱమల) are a range of low hills in southernIndia,[1] inKurnool district andNandyal District ofAndhra Pradesh state. The Erramala hills lie on theDeccan plateau, running east–west and dividing the basin of thePenna River to the south from the basin of theKrishna River to the north. The hill range may be extended along thePenna River basin inKadapa district.
